Any request for the postponement of a scheduled hearing must be in writing and signed by the parties or their counsel. The request must include a statement of the reasons for the requested postponement and must be filed with the Board at least 10 days before the time the hearing is scheduled unless good cause is shown to excuse the untimely filing of the request. In no case will a request for postponement be granted within 30 days after the running of the 90-day period for hearing a complaint.
