NAC288.350. Briefs: Filing after hearing.

Any party who desires to file a brief after the hearing must have made a motion at the hearing to be permitted to file a brief after the hearing and had that motion approved by the Board. Any brief permitted by the Board to be filed after the hearing must be filed within the time fixed by the Board.
