NAC288.366. Rehearings: Effect of filing or granting.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise ordered by the Board, no filing of a petition for rehearing or granting of the petition excuses compliance with or otherwise suspends the effectiveness of the final decision or order upon which the petition for rehearing was filed.
