NAC293.071. Publication of constitutional amendments and statewide measures: Request for payment of costs.

On or before December 31 of each year in which a general election is held, each county clerk shall submit to the Secretary of State a request for the payment of any costs of publication which are a charge against the State pursuant to NRS 293.253.
