NAC293.130. Sample ballots: General elections.

Sample ballots for general elections must be prepared in the same manner, quantity and form as sample ballots for primary elections and must be distributed and posted in the same manner. The county clerk shall prepare a sufficient number of explanations of the questions on the ballot so that he or she can mail one with each sample ballot, post one in a conspicuous place in his or her office and post at least two in each precinct.
