NAC293.468. Recording of cancelled registration of voter.

If a county clerk is required to cancel the registration of a person pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 293.540, the county clerk shall ensure that the cancellation is recorded in the computerized database established pursuant to NAC 293.454 and in the statewide voter registration list.
