NAC294A.120. Notification of candidate of alleged violation of chapter 294A of NRS.

Latest version.

If the Secretary of State receives written notice that a candidate or public officer is alleged to have violated a provision of chapter 294A of NRS, the Secretary of State will notify the candidate or public officer of the alleged violation by certified mail.
