NAC306.018. Notification of filing officer and public officer to be recalled of submission of petition for signature verification.

The filing officer with whom the public officer to be recalled filed his or her declaration of candidacy shall notify that public officer, in writing, within 2 days after a petition to recall that public officer was submitted for signature verification pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 306.015.
