NAC306.021. Notification that number of signatures is sufficient deemed complete upon mailing by Secretary of State.

The notice that is required by subsection 1 of NRS 306.040 shall be deemed completed when the Secretary of State mails the notices with a correct address and the correct amount of postage attached.
