NAC319.770. Inspections to determine compliance.

All the sponsor’s real and personal property pertaining to the project, including all books, accounts and records pertaining thereto, must be available for inspection by representatives of the Division during the regular business hours. The Division may conduct such inspections as it deems necessary or appropriate to determine compliance with the requirements of the Division and local, state and federal law. The sponsor shall pay the cost of such an inspection to the Division.
