NAC319.870. Consent to jurisdiction of district courts.

Each contract for the sale of land must require the sponsor to consent to the jurisdiction of the district courts of this State in any proceeding to enforce compliance with the provisions of chapter 319 of NRS, NAC 319.850 to 319.872, inclusive, and any agreements between the Division and the sponsor.
