NAC319.908. Eligibility of entity in limited partnership with for-profit organization.

An entity that applies for money from the Account is not ineligible to receive money from the Account solely because it has been in a limited partnership or plans to form a limited partnership with a for-profit organization for the purpose of financing or operating a project.
