NAC319.944. Auditing of projects receiving money.

Latest version.

A project which receives money from the Account is subject to regular audits by the Division. The Division may audit a project at any reasonable time to determine compliance with the provisions of NAC 319.885 to 319.950, inclusive, and may require the project to pay the cost of the audit.
