NAC319.990. Ranking of certain projects that receive equal number of preference points.

If two or more projects are eligible for a reservation of tax credits against the same apportionment account and have received the same number of preference points, the Division will rank the projects in order of priority based on criteria established in the annual plan. If the projects cannot be so ranked using those criteria, the Division will conduct a lottery to rank the projects.
