NAC319.992. No award if amount of tax credits requested or required for project exceeds certain amount.

Latest version.

The Division will not award any tax credits for a project if:

1. The amount of tax credits requested as calculated pursuant to subsection 2 of NAC 319.991; or

2. The annual amount of tax credits required for the project as calculated pursuant to subsection 3 of that section,

Ê exceeds the maximum amount of tax credits that are available as established in the annual plan for the year in which the tax credits are reserved.
