NAC321.070. Clarification of or relief from regulations; response by State Land Registrar.

Any person desiring clarification of the provisions of this chapter or relief from the strict application thereof or otherwise dealing with the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources with regard to regulations may submit a written request for the desired assistance or action to the State Land Registrar. The State Land Registrar will respond within 30 days.
