NAC321.323. “Local government” defined.

Latest version.

   “Local government” means any political subdivision of this State, including, without limitation:

     1. Counties;

     2. Incorporated cities and towns, including Carson City;

     3. Unincorporated towns; and

     4. General improvement districts and other districts.
