- “Historic or cultural resources” means any surviving evidence that relates to the history of the use of the land from the earliest human occupation to recent historical activities. Surviving evidence may include, without limitation, sites, structures, districts, objects, artifacts and historic documents associated with or representative of peoples, cultures, and human activities and events from any period of time, including, without limitation, the present.
