NAC334.070. “Person with a disability” defined.

Latest version.

“Person with a disability” means a person:

     1. With a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person;

     2. With a record of such an impairment; or

     3. Who is regarded as having such an impairment.
