NAC334.160. Complaint of alleged noncompliance of registered organization: Filing; contents.

  • A person may file a complaint with the Division alleging the noncompliance of a registered organization with the provisions of this chapter or NRS 334.025. Such a complaint must:

         1. Be in writing;

         2. Contain the contact information of the person who filed the complaint; and

         3. Be signed by the person who filed the complaint.
