NAC350.100. Medium-term obligation as appropriation or augmentation.

Latest version.

A medium-term obligation authorized pursuant to NRS 350.087 may constitute an appropriation or budget augmentation or may augment resources as permitted by statute and as specified in the resolution of the governing body of the local government.
