NAC354.160. Substantial change in budget: Submission of affected fund schedules.

If as a result of negotiations or a fact-finder’s report, a substantial change to the budget of a local government becomes necessary, the local government shall submit to the Department, within 30 days after receiving the report, those fund schedules affected consistent with the budgetary requirements of the report.
