NAC361.541. “Appraiser’s certificate examination” defined.

“Appraiser’s certificate examination” means a comprehensive examination administered by the Department which covers the technical, legal and administrative aspects of the appraisal and assessment of property and which consists of a section that tests general knowledge and a section that tests specific knowledge.
