NAC365.207. Unlicensed person prohibited from retaining percentage of tax for certain costs.

An unlicensed dealer or supplier and any other unlicensed person who sells fuel shall not retain any amount authorized for a dealer or supplier pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 365.330.
