NAC366.310. Records of shipment: Compliance with requirement concerning color and concentration of dye.

A special fuel supplier may comply with the requirement set forth in paragraph (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 366.692 concerning the color and concentration of the dye added to special fuel by attaching to the record of shipment a copy of the notice required by 26 C.F.R. Part 48.4082-2T.
