NAC372.698. Sales of certain medical devices to governmental entities: “Medical device” construed.

Latest version.

For the purpose of carrying out NRS 372.7285 and 374.731, the Department will construe the term “medical device” to include durable medical equipment and mobility enhancing equipment.
