NAC386.210. Duty of governing body to provide written notice of changes in facility.

Within 5 days after any change for which notice is required pursuant to this section, the governing body of a charter school shall provide written notice to the sponsor of the charter school and the Department of any changes in the facility of the charter school, including, without limitation, any change in the location of the charter school.
