NAC386.327. Revocation of charter of charter school providing education for at-risk pupils.

The sponsor of a charter school may, in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations, revoke the charter of a charter school that is dedicated to providing educational programs and opportunities for pupils who are at risk if the charter school fails to provide educational programs and opportunities to those pupils as required by the written charter.
