NAC386.670. Regulations of Association: Submission and notification of proposed amendment.

  • A person who wishes to propose an amendment of a regulation adopted by the Association must submit the proposed amendment in writing to the Executive Director not less than 45 days before the meeting of the Board in which the proposed amendment will be considered by the Board. Not less than 10 days before each meeting of the Board, the Executive Director shall notify each member school of each proposed amendment of a regulation adopted by the Association.
