NAC386.853. Appeals: Pupil enrolled in private school or school in school district of county whose population is less than 100,000.

Any appeal relating to a pupil who is enrolled in a school that is not located in a school district specified in NAC 386.852 or who is enrolled in a private school must be submitted to the Executive Director.
