  • “Intervention” means a strategy, developed on the basis of individual need, designed to have a remediate effect upon any academic or behavioral difficulties of a pupil. The term does not include disciplinary procedures applied to a group of pupils unless, giving consideration to the individual needs of a pupil, such procedures are demonstrably more appropriate than other strategies.
