NAC388.219. Provision of services to pupils with disabilities who are homeschooled or enrolled by their parents in private schools.

To the extent consistent with the number and location of pupils with disabilities who are homeschooled or enrolled by their parents in private schools, including, without limitation, religious, elementary and secondary schools, and who are located in the school district served by the public agency, a public agency shall provide for the participation of those pupils in the program assisted or carried out under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq., by providing those pupils with special education and related services, including, without limitation, direct services in accordance with the provisions of 34 C.F.R. §§ 300.130 to 300.144, inclusive.
