NAC388.810. “Provider of a course of distance education” defined.

Latest version.

“Provider of a course of distance education” means a person or entity, located within this State or in another state, that provides a course of distance education which has been approved for inclusion on the list of approved distance education courses pursuant to NRS 388.834 and NAC 388.825.
