NAC391.503. Failure of holder of license to pay fee imposed by American Arbitration Association for hearing officer.

Latest version.

If the holder of a license who requests a hearing before a hearing officer pursuant to NRS 391.322 does not pay the fee imposed by the American Arbitration Association within 45 days after requesting the hearing, his or her request for a hearing shall be deemed withdrawn.
