NAC394.645. Retention of student’s materials.

Latest version.

Any materials or equipment purchased by the student as part of the regular cost of a course are considered paid as part of the student’s obligation to the school and are not to be returned to the school except where the cost of the materials or equipment exceeds 50 percent of the cost of the course or where the student sells them back to the school at cost.
