NAC395.130. Transportation expenses.

The Department of Education will provide, by reimbursement, for the expenses of transportation:

1. Of the person with a disability and his parents, parent or guardian for the initial trip to a residential school and their return trip home; and

2. Of the person with a disability and one parent or an escort for subsequent trips to and from the residential school at the beginning and ending of each school year and during holidays and recesses scheduled by the school which are of 2 days duration or longer.
