NAC407.0527. Annual regional boating permits.

Latest version.

A person to whom an annual boating permit has been issued for the use of the:

1. Sand Harbor Management Area, Spooner Management Area or Cave Rock Management Area may enter and boat in any of those parks without paying the entrance fee or boating fee imposed by NAC 407.055.

2. Rye Patch State Recreation Area, South Fork State Recreation Area or Wild Horse State Recreation Area may enter and boat in any of those parks without paying the entrance fee or boating fee imposed by NAC 407.055.
