NAC407.121. Vessels, vehicles and other personal property: Parking, abandoning or leaving unattended; impoundment.

1. A person shall not park, abandon or leave unattended any vessel, vehicle or other personal property in a park in violation of this chapter without the approval of the supervisor of the park or the supervisor’s designee.

2. Any vehicle, vessel or personal property parked, abandoned or left unattended in violation of subsection 1 may be impounded or stored at the expense of the owner of the vehicle, vessel or personal property.
