NAC408.806. Duration of approval; renewal.

Any approval of a new application or an application for renewal entitles the applicant to the placement or continuance of its business sign on a particular panel for 12 months after date of installation of the business sign on the panel. If the responsible operator wants to continue the placement of a business sign on a panel, he or she must submit an application for renewal 30 days before the expiration of the 12-month period. Eligibility of a qualified business for continued placement of its business sign on a panel must be reviewed by the Traffic Engineer before granting or denying the application for renewal using the same criteria as for the initial application. Prior notice of the deadline for renewal may be provided by the Department to the responsible operator.
