NAC424.150. Nonprofit foster homes: Incorporation in State of Nevada.

A nonprofit foster home, or its parent body, must be incorporated in the State of Nevada or be a corporation qualified in this State, and shall operate in accordance with an established constitution and bylaws. The director or operator of a nonprofit foster home shall submit a copy of the articles of incorporation, constitution and bylaws, and tax-exempt letter from the Internal Revenue Service, to the licensing authority.
