NAC424.290. Religious beliefs and practices.

Latest version.

The religious beliefs and practices of foster parents will be considered in relation to how they will affect foster children placed in the home. Religious beliefs may not be imposed upon foster children nor limit the ability of foster children to celebrate normally observed holidays or special occasions.
