  • A foster home should be reasonably accessible to educational and religious facilities, medical care, recreational facilities, special facilities for training and guidance of children to be served, fire services and visits from parents and agency staff. A licensing authority representative shall determine the extent to which a foster home must comply with this requirement after taking into consideration the number, ages and needs of the foster children to be cared for and accepted local practices.
