NAC426.045. “Operating agreement” defined.

“Operating agreement” means an agreement between the Bureau and a person who is blind and who is licensed pursuant to the provisions of NAC 426.010 to 426.500, inclusive, which sets forth the terms and conditions for the operation of a vending facility.
