NAC426.194. Procurement and display of licenses and permits.

An operator or trainee shall obtain all licenses and permits which are required for the operation of a vending facility, including, but not limited to, a sales tax permit and local business license. The operator or trainee shall pay all fees related to the issuance or renewal of each license or permit. The operator or trainee shall display each license or permit in a prominent location at the vending facility.
