NAC426.330. Acknowledgment of receipt of equipment, accessories and initial stock of merchandise; record of changes to items.

Each operator or trainee shall acknowledge the receipt of the equipment, accessories and initial stock of merchandise furnished by the Bureau. The Bureau will maintain a record of any changes to those items and will provide the operator or trainee with a copy of such a record. Each record must be signed and dated by an authorized representative of the Bureau.
