For the purposes of NRS 427A.145, the Administrator will interpret the phrase “person or persons designated as responsible for decisions regarding the resident” to mean a person or persons designated by a resident as able to receive information about the resident and make decisions on the resident’s behalf, including, without limitation, such a person who is a member of the resident’s family or the resident’s attorney-in-fact.
