NAC430A.070. Designation as family resource center: Request for applications; existing organization.

1. The Grants Management Unit of the Department will advertise and conduct a request for applications to identify and evaluate applicants that want to be designated as a family resource center.

2. An existing organization may be designated as a family resource center.
