NAC432.160. Audit of records by Division to determine compliance with certain provisions.

The Division will audit the records of an agency which provides child welfare services to determine compliance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 677. The records that are subject to such an audit include, without limitation, information contained in the files of the agency relating to a program provided by the agency.
