NAC432.250. “Self-sufficiency program” defined.

  • “Self-sufficiency program” means a program established:

         1. For the purpose of assisting a former foster youth to attain economic self-sufficiency by providing goods and services to him or her, including, without limitation, job training, housing assistance, case management and medical insurance; and

         2. With money disbursed by the Administrator as set forth in NAC 432.280.
