NAC432.330. Annual disbursement of unspent money for programs.

The Administrator may, on an annual basis, disburse to an agency which provides child welfare services in the manner described in NAC 432.280 and for the purposes described in NAC 432.300 any unspent money in the Account established pursuant to NRS 432.017 or received from the Federal Government pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 677 to assist former foster youth.
